Hi,
We are having an issue when accepting time entered from team members via
PWA. When the project plans are updated through this process they are not
updating the actuals correctly and are sometimes clearing out past time
entries.
For example, one team member had around 250 hours prior to the acceptance
of a couple of weeks of actual hours via PWA. After accepting his actuals he
had a total of 153 hours. This has been happening randomly and sometimes
zeros out an entire week or will sometimes remove 6 hours from one day or 5
hours from another.
Is this effected by the dates of the tasks or how the resource is set up?
