Actual Overtime Work (Web Access)

On the right side of the Timesheet view (Web access) it currently allows
users to add Actual Work. I need to allow Actual Overtime Work to be
entered as well. How can I add Act. Overtime to the timesheet?

Manage Views only allow me to alter the left side of this view.
Any ideas?

This feature is built into the timesheet view already. A user will need to
open the "View Options" on the timesheet and check the "Show Overtime Work"
option when they would like to view/enter overtime work.
