We enter work via the Task Usage screen in Project Pro (2002). Sometimes it
seems to "not accept" our entry. Today we had a good example I can relate:
Task Work: 28.98 (Baseline is 29 but not sure what happened
to the .002)
Task Actual Work: 26.5
There are two resources assigned to the task:
Finishes (8 hour day)
Entered: 5.5 hours (this is the only entry of actual for this resource this
day)
Response: Changed Actual Work (entered) to .37 hours!!!! Changed Work to
29.18.
Operator reentered the 5.5 hours, overriding the .37 hours.
Response: Changed Work to 34.32 hours!
This is VERY confusing. Can anyone help us understand it?
