actual work is not showing in the gantt

the resources of project manager entering hours in timesheets and project
manager updating in these tasks hours and these hours are updating in project
but when we see in task usage these hours are showing in acutal hours row
..but when we see in the gantt chart the task showing actual work is 0 (zero).
