Actual Work NonTimephased differs from timephased PS2007

Hello,
I'm trying to view actual work by projects.
In the Assignment Timephased cube actual work for project has one value, in
Assignment Non Timephased another. Same difference is by looking through
views MSP_EpmAssignment_UserView and MSP_EpsAssignmentByDay_UserView.

How occurs such a difference? How to avoid it?
