"Actual Work" Problem with Project 2003

I have encountered a problem in Project 2003 where a
Project Manager assigns ten people to three tasks. The
Team Members Update time on the three tasks, the PM
Accepts the time from the Team Members, but the Team
Members do not see the updates.

I am not sure if some app events are related but here are
three events in the logs.

Has anyone seen these errors and have a solution?

After the project manager has updated the actuals from the ten team members,
does he/she publish the changes to the project by clicking Collaborate -
Publish - All Information? The results of the latest changes need to be
"pushed" to the team members' timesheets in order for them to see those
changes. Let me know if this helps.
