"Actual Work" Problem with Project 2003

I have a problem in Project 2003 on a project. Ten Team
Members are assigned to three tasks. The Team Members
Update time on the three tasks. Then the Project Manager
accepts their time. When the Team Members view the tasks
the time does not show updated on 8 of the 10 Team Members.

Here are some events from the app log which may or may not
be related. Has anyone encountered this problem?
