Actual Work reporting problems via Web Access

We are experiencing some problems when team members use
Project Web Access to report their actual work.

An example: Hours typed in for one week also appear - seen
from the Project Pro 2002 client - in the previous week.
These double hours are not visible in the team member's
Task Page in Web Access.

Similarly, other hours typed in for a specific date, seem
to turn up at another date, when viewed in the client
program.

The persons involved claim that they have NOT typed Actual
Work in via the client. We have already seen that these
hours are not visible in the web interface.

We have investigated the Web-Work table to see if we could
find some pattern in the errors but to no avail. We are
now beginning to think, that there may be a bug in the
product(s).

Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

i've seen a number of issues related to timesheets entries. almost all of
them disapeared when we applied the latest fixes. it might help if you
contact microsoft support for this.

Thanks for the tip. We haven't installed any fixes to
Project Server yet so hopefully there is a solution to our
problem here.
