Actual work

I have a created a resource pool schedule from which to draw information from
all the schedules we have to one central location. In the work area section
I can view work for all the resources. However, when I right click on the
work area to view actual work, it is blank unless I open all the schedules.
This is a tedious process as we have over 20 schedules. Is there a setting
in options or else where that I can turn on to view actual work? We use MS
Project Server 2003. Thanks for all your help.

Unfortunately, what you see is how it actually works in Project Server 2003.
You have to open each project to see the Actual Work for any resource in the
Resource Usage view. Hope this helps.

Dale-
Thanks for the info. I suspected that was the case. Does it change with
newer versions of MS Project in that you do not have to open every project to
get information in a central location?
