Actuals do not appear in Project Professional

Hi,

We use reporting periods. Workers enter time in PWA. One of our
projects, in Professional, does not show the actual hours or protected
actuals. It just stays at zero, regardless.

Any suggestions?

Let me revise this. Actual hours can be seen entered by resources
against tasks. Some of the hours have been accepted and should be
protected actuals. Even in PWA, however, the actual work associated
with tasks is zero, when I look at Baseline vs Actual fields.
