Actuals Don't Sync with Plan

I had to remove some hours off a task and add the same hours to
another task (we already closed our timesheet period). After I moved
the hours I updated the hours (approved them) then went into my plan
and re-sync up with actuals, republished but yet the Actual Hours are
still in the task that I removed the hours from.

What can I do to fix this?

Just to be thorough, what version of Server/Pro are you using?

From your description, it sounds like you did your actual changes in
PWA, then went through the "Update" process again. When I had to do this in
PS/Pro 2003, I only used Pro's Task Usage views, and re-published the plan
specifying to "overwrite actuals".
