AD Issue / Error - The Project Server is currently synchronizing..

I am new to Project Server 2003 and have been having an issue with my Active Directory synchronization.

I have been getting the error, "The Project Server is currently synchronizing groups with Active Directory". This has been stuck like this for over a week.

Any help would be much appriciated.

I have looked and looked for an answer to this... and I have seen several 'Apply latest patch' answers. The problem is that I am not finding any MS site that shows what patches are available for Project Server 2003...

Can someone point me in the right direction?
