AD Sync Gets Error 0x8c04000c

I've been running AD Sync for about a year on Project 2003. Recently I added
a group of people to the AD global group for team members. AD Sync began
experiencing this error <![CDATA[Assert Detected. The error code was also
included.]]> at Line 72 of
c:\Office\devsp\project\WebClient\source\serverutil\netapiutil.cpp.

How do I fix?
