AD sync Inactive Users

We are currently configuring MS Project Server 2007. I keep finding some (not
all) users status set to inactive and we are using Active Directory
synchronization. I have tried manually changing the status of every user to
active, but the sync appears to make them all inactive. Can anyone explain
why users go inactive and how I can prevent it?

What SP and patch level is your system? This sounds like an issue that was
resolved some time ago.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for the response. We had resource fields such as 'RBS' selected as
required fields. This disabled the resource sync because RBS was not a field
in the Active Dorectory. Our problem has been fixed.
