AD sync job and Cube build both fail if run automaticlly

I have PS 2007 SP1, and both the AD group sync, and the cube builds are
failing, but only on the automagic schedule.

If i kick of the process manually, the job succeeds and everything is fine...

I cannot understand why this happens.

My user account has much less access, than the service account used for the
SYNC, and CUBe builds.

Any ideas?

Mossguy:

Does the SSP service account have the necessary rights to the Project Server
RDB and the correct role in analysis services? This is necessary for the
cube build to work.

Hi Mossguy,

when you noticed the scheduled jobs did not run correctly, did you try
to reschedule the job to run at say about 5 minutes after you saw
this?

Because, maybe, your jobs are simply scheduled at the wrong time.
