AD sync problem

I used Active Directory synchronization in Project Server 2007, have
problem, please see the following information, how to resolve this
problem?thanks

It looks like there is some resource custom field which is defined to be
required, but this particular resource (Weiping Lu) doesn't have a value set
for that required custom field. Set a value for that resource for that
custom field and the resource should then sync fine.

I've had to disable the required field for resource custom fields to resolve
this problem.

I've completed all of the fields, not found the fields which don't have
the value, could you tell me the detail information? In resource center or
