adapted forms in Business Contact Manager

I adapted the Account form in BCM and it did work, but
after some time I got messages that I couldn't relate to.
Reason: at that time I was trying to fight spyware.

Now my computer is clean and fast again, but this
problems remains. BCM can not find the std account form
and I do not know how to make it work.

Does anybody have an idea how to solve this?
