Add a Custom Menu Item to File Menu.

I would like to add a Menu Item to file menu, for example:

I would like to add "Save to EAF", which would save the file to the
Directory called EAF.

I tried to use the tools->Customize option, but it will not let me add a
menu item.

I can add a new menu, but not the menu item.

Also, I would like to know how to add a macro to the menu item.
