Add a stylesheet instruction?

Is there anyway to get InfoPath to add a stylesheet instruction to new forms
it create from a template? I'd like to insert the XDown-generated view for
non-IP users.

Thanks, I knew about XDown, but the page helped me think of the solution:
add the instruction to a blank data form (.xml) and have users open that to
create new forms, rather than using the .xsn file.

If you're using a SharePoint form library, change the library template from
..xsn (the default) to the new .xml file.
