Add ability to print envelopes to Outlook

Outlook should have the ability to print envelopes directly from the address
book rather than having to import them into word's Evelopes and Labels
feature.

I can merge to envelopes.

Select the Contact(s) and the Tools|Mailmerge - select to envelopes in the
bottom window.
