If you're talking about, for example, creating additional email addresses
that go to your actual email address (e.g., (e-mail address removed)), such as
(e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), etc., then that would be done via your mail
provider, not via any of the facilities in Microsoft Office. Whether you
have direct control over this, again, depends on lyour email provider, not
Office.
