Add border to text block in vertical dimension.

Hello
I have been trying to add a border to the text block in the vertical dimensio
in the dimension stencil but haven't been able to do it successfully. I am
newbie at Visio

Visio doesn't support text borders.You could create two vertical lines of the appropriate
size, position them such that they are in the right plce to be your text borders, then
group them with the shape containing the text.
