Add Custom menu & sub menu

I tried to add custom menu from server configuration --> menu --> Add custom
Menu

but the menu didn't appeare in the list .


did I miss something ?

Log out of PWA and then log in again. You should now see the custom menu.

One more thought about your situation. After you follow the advice in my
last post and get the custom menu to show up, I believe you will find that
EVERYONE in PWA will be able to see the new menu. I doubt this is what you
want. Refer to the following FAQ for the customization needed so that only
members of the Administrators group can see the custom menu:

Thank you, Della for your reply.

The problem is that the new menu items doesn't appear any where in the PWA
even in the list of menus in the "server configuration --> menu " it is
almost as if I didn't add any menu.


no messages appears to confirm if there is an error or the operation was
successful.

I logged off many times but nothing changed!
I restarted the Project server but nothing changed!

Any suggestions

I reviewed the application log and I found if I add a menu the following
error appears
