Add directorty to "Look in" and Document Windows in Excel 2007

1. How to add folder(s) to "look in" under Open
2. How to activated the hiden worksheets in Excel 2007.

You can't add, only change,

Thanks for your reply.
I supposed that my questions was not clear but I find the solution.
1. Put the mouse under "look in" box and press right button.
2. To add a icon call "switch windows"
Anyway, think for your reply.
