Add expenses to appointment form

What I am looking for is a way to track my business expenses and mileage
within the Outlook Calendar appointment form and print them once a
day/week/month to an Excel Spreadsheet or Financial reporting SW (Money,
Quicken, Quickbooks, etc). Does any one know of an addin or program that does
this?
