add flash-animation in presentation

Hello,

I'm working on a presentation in Powerpoint ( Word 2007)
and I'm looking for a flash-animation on my hard drive : test.swf .

How can I add this file to my presentation?
So I can play this animation while the presentation is running.

There are some tricky issues with using Flash in PowerPoint. The biggest is
Flash is not truly supported, so there is no built in insert wizard. I use
the insert flash tool in Shyam's Toolbox (http://skp.mvps.org/toolbox/) or
the insert flash option of PFC Media (http://www.playsforcertain.com/) -
both are add-ins that are paid for. You can also check here for lots of
