Add help in Status Bar

Are we talking about Help that you're defined for form fields?

No, there's nothing built-in that will let you do that. But you
could probably do it with a macro. Here's an example that will
create a table in a new document for the form fields in the
current document.

Sub PrintFormHelpText()
Dim ffld As Word.FormField
Dim szHelpText As String
Dim doc As Word.Document
Dim rng As Word.Range
Dim tbl As Word.Table

szHelpText = "Formfield" & vbTab & _
"F1-Text" & vbTab & "Statusbar text" & vbCr
For Each ffld In ActiveDocument.FormFields
szHelpText = szHelpText & ffld.Name & _
vbTab & ffld.HelpText & _
vbTab & ffld.StatusText & vbCr
Next ffld
RTrim (szHelpText)
Set doc = Documents.Add
Set rng = doc.Range
rng.InsertAfter szHelpText
Set tbl = rng.ConvertToTable(vbTab)
tbl.Rows(1).Range.Font.Bold = True
