Add/Hide Menu Items in MS Word 2007

Hi all,

We are programming MS Word and Outlook using VB to add more menu items to
existing menus to
perform specific function, and hide certain menu items to stop some word
functions in a specific environment.
We can do these in Word 2003. But Word 2007 has quite different menu bar and
tool bar. Can anyone help me how
we can programmatically add or hide menus in Word 2007 and Outlook 2007?
