Add hovering help text to an active document using InfoPath?

I would like to add hovering text to help when filling out a form in an
active document using InfoPath. How can I do this?

Hello,

In InfoPath we don’t have hovering event to show the help text. We can add
the tool tip for every control to show the help text. You have to follow
these steps how to add the tool tip,

1. Double click on field to get properties window.
2. Goto Advanced tab and enter the help text in ‘ScreeTip’ text box.
3. Click on ‘OK’ button.

This help text will be show whenever mouse hover on text box then it will
show as tool tip message for that control.
