Add import export file extension in Access 2007

How can I enable the export of files in MSAccess 2007 with a ".con" extension
and the import of files with an extension of ".ccl" and ".odb" ? Is windows
registry need to be modified?

..con - Web Files (Concept Application Source File)
..ccl - Connection Control Language files
..odb - Data (ABAQUS Database)

After looking I found what the file extensions are for but now it makes even
less sense. Putting that aside, I don't see a way of doing this without
writing some custom Import/Export routine. Can the programs that run these
extensions Export to something Access understands?
