Add-in error on Outlook startup

I'm getting an error for an add-in that is no longer install. I followed the
advice in previous posts to go to Tools->Options-> etc. But when I clicked
the COM add-ins button, the error appeared again. When opened the COM
Add-ins button, the add-in in question was not there. Any suggestions?

Version?? You need to remove the addin from Outlook's Addin Manager.
Tools>Options>Other> Advanced> Add in Mgr. (Might be slightly different
depending on your version.)

Hi, I have an error message "C:\Documents and Settings\Chris W\Application
Data\Microsoft\Addins\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office11\SBCMSYNC.DLL" is
not a valid Office Add-in when I open Outlook on my new PC and new Office
suite. Transferred settings from my old PC with the Files and Settings
Wizard. How can I sort this?
