I have a third-party template/add-in that I like to use occasionally with
documents. For some reason whenever I do, the cursor turns to a watch and
never goes back without quitting Word. The developer says this only happens
on some Macs (most users use it with Word for Windows), but he doesn't know
what causes it. Does anyone have any ideas?
