Add-in manager will not show Switchboard

I cannot start a switchboard from the add-in manager as
switchboard is not shown. When I try to add a
switchboard manager to the add-ins it does not show it as
on option nor will it give me the option to install it
(no wizard). How do I install the swithboard manager?
Is there any way to reinstall all of office and have it
load ALL of these additions as a default rather than
having to put them in later. I have plenty of disk space!

Hi Bill,

Switchboard manager has been moved to a new location as it
is no longer an Add-In but part of the application. You
can find it at:

Tools>Database Utilities
