add-in outlook error message

Tammie

Hi I just install outlook 2007 and when I went to open outlook I got this
message: The add-in outlook connector extensions (msncon32.dll) cannot be
loaded & has been disabled by outlook. What does this mean it's not letting
me open outlook. I had an old version 2003. Help I need this for my current
class. Please.

Thanks

Do you have an MSN connector installed possibly? You may need to update or
uninstall it

Check your Add/Remove Programs list to see if something with a name like MSN
Connector shows up

What type of email account do you use in outlook? Did you try a new profile?
