Add-in Template Error

B

BR

When I open Word, either a new document or an existing
file, I get a message that:

"The add-in template is not valid. (C:\Program
Files\...~FMaker.dot)"

It offers no help or other options but to click "OK".

When I go into TOOLS, TEMPLATES and ADD-INS and try to
remove the PDF add-in template, the option to "remove" is
grayed out.

I've virus scanned, reinstalled Adobe and Word XP, and
searched the knowledge base on Microsoft, Adobe, and
Norton, all to no avail.

Any have any ideas? Thanks for your help!

PDF Maker is probably a template in the Word or Office Add-in folder. With
Word closed, navigate to the template in Explorer and rename it
PDFMaker.bad.
