add-in to Project Professional 2002 to compare project files

I emailed a project file to another manager who sent me back a revised file.
Meanwhile I have made changes to the original file. I am looking for tools
to compare the files. I do not have Microsoft Project Server.
I see on Google that MSProject 2000 had an add-in to compare files. Can I
use this with Project Professional 2002?

Hi DFG03,

I believe Project 2002 has the add in already there. See if you have the
Compare Project Versions toolbar (View>Toolbars).
