add-ins disabled

IN IE7 when I click 'send to One Note', I get the message that 'add-ins have
been disable, see system administrator. This is a trial version, but I have
used a trial version in the past and think it worked ok. I am currently
signed in as adminstrator. Anyone know how to fix this?

Addins will be disabled once the trial expires. If your trial has
expired, addins will no longer work until you purchase OneNote.

If your trial hasn't expired, go to Tools->Options->AddIns and make sure
the "disable addins" checkbox isn't checked.
