Add-ins do not stay

We have an outside application mapped into Excel through an Add-in (Showcase
Query). We have recently upgrade to Excel 2007 from 2003. Everytime some
users open Excel, they have to remap the add-in to excel but some users are
not having problems - the add-in stays and the add-in ribbon is still there.
Why are some users having problems but others are not? What do we need to do
to get the add-in to stay?
