add-ins for sequencial invoice numbers on a excell invoice

i have office 2000 and i need to get a numbering add in for a excell template
,I use an excell invoice temple and would like to have it automatically
number insequence
the next invoice.
I can't seem to find the right add-inn and where to down load it.to my
add-in librairy
where do I find it and how do I install it?

In MS Excel, Select Tools, Add-Ins. Check the box next to Template
Utilities. That includes the Numbering Add-In
