Add-ins in Chinese

I have a problem where half of the items showing on the Add-ins page is in
chinese characters. The ones I am having a problem with are some office
installed ones like analysis toolkit. I am not have a problem with the Euro
Currency Tools. Does anyone know how to get these out of showing in Chinese?

I do have the Chinese Multilanguage pack installed, and several others, but
this seems to be the most problemsom language. Any help would be appreciated!
