Add-ins

I have an Add-in that was working okay, then I got an automated message
that it was being disabled..

I am no now trying to re-start the addin and it shows on the list with a
checkbox, but despite how many times I try to check off the add-in it never
takes...

I have tried un-installing the application (sothinks DHTML Menu) and
re-installing without any success..

Please if anyone can shed some light as to how I can re-instate this
"add-in" I would greatly appreciate..

you may need to restart your computer and/or frontpage after reinstalling the
plug-in/add-in
