add items

i create a new folder in my inbox i added items to it, but some other items
can not be added. I restarted the outlook more the once but the problem still
persist.

Need more information. What version of Outlook? What version of Windows?
What is the definition of "some other items"? What is the definition of
"added items to it"? Please be more specific.
