Add Line in Timesheet Error

Some, not all, people are getting the following error when trying to add a
line to their timesheet.

Unable to cast object of type "system.DBNull' to type 'System.String', at
Mirosoft.Office.Project.PWA.ApplicationPages.SelectTaskDlgPage.PJDlgPage_OnLoad (EventArgs e)

Solution????
