add meeting to journal entry

I am trying to add appointments to my journal entry's and the only options is
shows are e-mail message, meeting cancellation, meeting request, task request
and task response. How can I automatically add appointments/meetings?

Appointments aren't journaled automatically. You can drag the appointment to
the journal folder to create a journal for the appointment.
