Hi Leo
to add it manually, choose view / toolbars / customise
in the commands tab on the left hand side (Categories) scroll down to "New
Menu"
click on New Menu on the right hand side (Commands) and drag to the menu bar
to change the name, leave the customize box open & right mouse click on the
New Menu icon - replace the name field with what you want it called using a
& to indicate the accelorator letter
to add commands to the new menu, drag them from the commands box onto the
new menu icon - a little blank box will be displayed at first & then a list
of commands as you add them.
close the customize box when you've finished
