Add multiple lines to form w/ same data other than primary key

I have a form with tag # which is my primary key, location, and employee. The
location and employee is going to be the same for groups of tags. I would
like to create a form where I can enter data as From Tag # 1 to 20 and then
enter the employee and location once for this group.
