add name to additional contacts

[Second Outlook Contacts list]

I have a rule that sends all email to "_Unknown" folder except for addresses
in my "Contacts" folder. Now I need a second "Kontaks" folder with addresses
I do not want in my "Contacts" folder. How do I create and add names to this
"Kontaks" folder? I think I have it created but don't know how to add names
to it. With this done, I will change my Rule to keep email in "Contacts" or
"Kontaks" folder in my Inbox and send everything else to the "_Unknown"
folder. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

To create the folder: File | New | Folder

To create an item in that folder: Navigate to the Kontaks folder and click New.
