Add Office Upgrade to new computer

For reasons to complicated to explain but having to do with my husband can't
install the DSL connection and temporary Fios may have wiped out my dial-up,
I want to buy a new laptop(my existing needs to go to the shop) with
wireless. I believe I recall that I bought Office Upgrade to install on the
laptop when I bought that about two yeares ago. If I buy a new simple laptop
at the lowest price I can find, so I can be wireless at the Library while the
existing laptop is in repair, can I get Office by installing the Office
Upgrade again or is that verboten? Any ideas?

1. You need the have the qualifying software in order to install an
Upgrade version of Office
And
2.The qualifing software and the upgrade copy of Office can only reside
on one portable at a time.

Satisify those requirements and you are able to do it.
