Add Pages to a Newletter Template

S

Sue

I am on the last page of the template and I cannot get it to allow me to
enter a page break in order to get a new page.

I don't want to have to insert a page before and then move everything around.

Is there any other way to do this?

Thanks

S

Sue

I used the Newsletter Wizard. I saved it and then used it as the starting
point by deleting the text, and adding, deleting, moving boxes around.

I have WORD 2003.

I can't help you a lot because I'm now running 2007 but....what happens when
you try to put in a page break?

Send it to jl underscore paules at hotmail dot com. (It's spelled out so
that I can hopefully limit the junk mail to that account.) (Stop laughing -
I said hopefully.)

I just opened that file in Word 2003 and was able to do a Insert - Break -
Page Break. No problems whatsoever.

Are you trying to do it on (at?) page 7 or 8?

OK, this is so weird. I originally only had 7 pages and was trying to add at
the end of page 7.

Now I also have page 8 and can add a page break on either 7 or 8.

So for now, the problem has resolved itself.

Thanks for taking time with this.

Turn on the non-printing characters. I suspect your cursor may have been at
a place where you couldn't insert the break. I always have them on so I can
see what's going on "behind the scenes".

I'm glad you're back on the right track. :)
