add photo gallery to web in Publisher 98

Hi there, I usually use FrontPage but have found that I needed to go back to
Publisher 97 and familiar territory to create my latest page. I'm wondering
how I can go about adding a photo gallery in Publisher though?
Can anyone help talk me through it...is there a way I can create it with FP
and add it to the Publisher web I've created? I HAVE tried to cut and paste
the web into a new FP web, but lost the formatting... suggestions?

Do NOT, repeat Do NOT mix pub create pages into FP created web pages. Pub's
"html" works only in Publisher.

FrontPage (XP and up, IIRC) can generate albums but they only work well in
IE.

Use FP to design your web, then look at JAlbum (freebie) to create web
galleries you can incorporate into FP web quite easily.

In addition to JAlbum, you might try Porta photo album. I have used both and
Porta is perhaps a bit simpler. You might also consider using the flash
simpleviewer option with Porta. You can import either of these into a
Publisher web page or link to it. I assume the same for FP.

Yes. In FP with the web site opened;

File | Import ... browse to the folder you created your album into (the
folder outside of the FP web)...and import it into the website - the entire
folder. Then create a link to it in FP.
